Insulation Materials

High Temperature Insulation reduces the transfer of heat and protects adjacent materials from damage

High  Temperature Insulation Products

Calcium Silicate

Calcium silicate is made from amorphous silica, lime, reinforcing fibers, and other additives mixed with water. It is sometimes referred to as Cal Sil.

The finished material is available in preformed pipe, blocks and boards.

It is widely used for thermal insulation of heated equipments, process vessels and pipings in power stations, petrochemical plans and others in the Oil & Gas industries.

Due to its inherent property of rigidity, Calcium silicate is also a choice material to insulate areas that are subjected to physical abuse.
